Damage during transport
In the event of an apparent defect noted upon delivery, the Buyer is required to comply with the following instructions:
a. Mention on the transport voucher “PACKAGE REFUSED BECAUSE ARTICLE DAMAGED”
b. Do not write "subject to unpacking", this statement has no legal value.
vs. Confirm the specific reservations relating to the receipt of the package by an e-mail addressed to email@example.com within a maximum period of 3 days following receipt of the Product.
Only these 3 conditions together can make the Buyer's claim valid. No complaint can be taken into account if nothing is stipulated on the travel voucher.
All Products supplied to Buyers benefit from the two-year legal warranty. The Seller's warranty is limited exclusively either to the repair or replacement of the Product affected by a defect, or to the restitution or reduction of the price invoiced, without any other compensation. In any event, the Seller's liability is excluded in the event of damage caused jointly by a defect in the Product delivered and by the fault of the Buyer or of a person for whom the Buyer is responsible.
In order to submit an after-sales service claim, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org:
1. your bill;
