Shipping Policy

Delivery time

Orders to Europe are delivered within 2 to 7 working days. For orders outside Europe, contact us and together we will find the best shipping solution. Note that all local charges are always at the recipient's expense and risk.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Please ensure that all delivery information you provide to us is correct. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number for your package. The tracking number will be active within 24/48 hours.

Damage

Shipments containing dangerous goods (lithium batteries, electrolyte, etc.) always require carrier acceptance.

If, during a delivery, you notice that there is a problem, the reservations must comply with the criteria below:

Written: formulated at the time of delivery
Precise: describing the delivery anomalies and the damage suffered by the goods (and not exclusively by the packaging) with the reference or the name of the parts concerned
Complete: only the damage mentioned in the reservations will be considered as existing at the time of delivery
Confirmed in writing within 3 clear days if they have been contradicted by our driver and in all cases for shipments of 3 tonnes and more.
